All transactions completed on ETHERVAULT are considered final and non-refundable. However, under certain conditions, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of ETHERVAULT.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Unauthorized transaction due to platform error.
- Failure in delivering purchased digital assets within the specified timeframe.
- Duplicate transactions due to system malfunction.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must follow these steps:

- Include detailed information about the transaction, including transaction ID, date, and reason for the refund request.
- Attach any supporting documents or screenshots relevant to the case.
4. Evaluation and Resolution
Once a refund request is submitted, ETHERVAULT will:
- Review and evaluate the request within 7 business days.
- Contact the user for any additional information if necessary.
- Approve or deny the refund request based on our evaluation.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of approval.
5. Non-eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after the transaction has been completed.
- Any unauthorized usage of a user’s account not related to a platform error.
- Transactions involving third-party services or products.
